I had a perfect stay at this hotel and will be recommending it to all my family and friends. The rooms had amazing views, and even though the size didn't matter at that point, it was fantastic. The location was ideal for exploring Liverpool, especially for visiting the City and Albert Dock, making it a perfect choice for a weekend getaway. The dining experience was good, with generous and tasty options, though improvements could be made. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was incredible with a small kitchen that had all the utensils I needed. It was clean, spacious, and had its own dishwasher, microwave, and oven, making it super convenient. The mattress in the bedroom was also very comfortable. The hotel was like old friends by the time we left, very central for our visit, and had views across the river via the ECHO arena. The rooms were in a bad way with shoddy paintwork, discomfort on the bed, and a stinky bathroom yet the staff made us feel at home. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but let down by the unavailability of advertised amenities. The location was excellent for visiting attractions and exploring the city. The dining experience was great with changing daily options, but the cold breakfast was a downside. Facilities were satisfactory.
